Hello, there!
You found yourself on the portfolio of Sergei Tiulpin, RPGs and indies enjoyer and future professional game programmer. Here you can look at my resume and some personal and team projects.
Experience
I am a third-year student at the Hanze University of Applied Science in Creative Media and Game Technologies course. I have a certain amount of programming experience behind me. I studied for one year at Washington State University, and 2 Russian ones (ITMO and Bryansk State University) in Computer Science courses, I could not finish all of them for personal reasons, but I was able to gain important experience and knowledge, including one personal project related to game development. During the current training program, I have already participated in 4 group projects, in each of which I applied and developed my programming knowledge. Right now, I take part in Game Design and Development minor. Our assignment is to develop a game in a big team of 70 people.
Personalities
As a programmer, I am a very data-related person. I always rely on logic and analysis. Also, I am more methodical and process-oriented than spontaneous. I like to pay attention to little details. In addition, I always finish my work on time, because I am organized and responsible. I am very practical person, so I prefer to rely on the real world and proven information rather than fantastic ideas in making decisions. However, I am always open to new ideas or methods. People feel comfortable around me because I am always open to conversations and encourage everyone to share their ideas, which makes discussions more effective. I am a very calm and confident person. Personal growth and valuable results are my core aims in every work.
